"We used Boombah for our team…"
We used boombah for our team order, it was a really smooth experience. Keeping track of all the sizes, names, and numbers was way easier than I expected, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I had one quick question and their support team got back to me fast, so that gave me even more confidence that we were in good hands. Everything arrived together, was correct, and looked great. We’ll definitely use them again next season.

"Hurt after just one game 😕"
I really wanted to like these, but my feet started hurting after just one game. They felt okay at first, but once I actually played in them, they got uncomfortable fast. 😬

"Found More Than Just Softball Pants"
I was just looking for softball pants, but ended up finding way more than I expected on Boombah. They have a ton of colors and sizes, which was really helpful because my team is picky. The site was easy enough to browse, and I liked that they had shoes, bags, uniforms, and everything else in one place. Having to jump around to a bunch of different sites would’ve been totally avoidable with this setup

"Fast Delivery, No Complaints"
I ordered from Boombah and was half expecting something to go wrong, or at least to be sitting around waiting for an apology about a delay. But my stuff shipped quickly, I got tracking right away, and it actually showed up earlier than I expected. The box was in good shape too. Overall, I’m happy with how fast everything arrived.

"Showed up right on time"
My order got here exactly when they said it would, which was nice because I was expecting some kind of delay. I had just made coffee and was halfway through unloading the dishwasher when it showed up. No issues at all, everything was smooth.

"Easy to Find What I Needed"
I’ve ordered from boombah a few times, and what’s stood out to me is that the stuff I need is actually in stock. I was trying to grab team pants and a couple of shirts last minute, and I didn’t have to bounce around to a bunch of different sites. The sizes we needed were available too, which made things a lot less stressful. Ordering was simple, and everything went smoothly.

I had to swap for a different size and it was painless. The return label was easy to get, and my new pair Showed up way faster than I expected. Definitely made the whole thing Less annoying than I thought it would be.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size from…"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from Boombah and had to send it back!!! The refund wasn’t instant and took a few days longer than I was hoping for!!! But customer service did get back to me and explained what was going on, which I appreciated. The money came back just fine in the end, so overall it was okay!!! I just wish the whole refund timing had been a little faster!!!

"Solid shoes for league nights"
I picked up these Boombah turf shoes for league nights, and they’ve been solid. The grip is good, which is obviously what you want on turf, and they felt comfortable after the first game. My feet weren’t sore or beat up afterward, so I’d say they did exactly what I needed them to do

"Name Looked Good, Colors Were Off"
The custom name itself looked fine, so I’m not saying the whole thing was bad. But the colors were definitely a bit different from what I picked, which was disappointing. I know screens can vary and all that, but I still expected it to be closer

Either way, they were really good about keeping me updated without me having to reach out. The emails were clear, showed up when I needed them, and the shipping info was easy to follow. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I didn’t have any issues

"Saved my day way faster than I expected"
I had a question about my order and was fully prepared to sit around waiting forever, but they replied so fast I was actually shocked. The person helping me was super nice and didn’t give me one of those robotic copy-paste answers, which was such a relief. They actually understood what I was asking and got everything sorted out the same day. I was ridiculously happy about it and would absolutely order again.
